AERO was appointed in 1999 as the sole representative of Asia-Pacific region on behalf of Willis Lease Finance Corp, the largest Independent Commercial Engine Lessor to be responsible for their lease and purchase of commercial aircraft engines; Developing client base, negotiating base contracts, market intelligence and to develop and create growth for Willis Lease in the Asia-Pacific region.

Due to the amount of time required on WLFC projects via AERO, I accepted a direct contract as an Independent Contractor to devote more time to lead development in Asia-Pacific, establishing WLFC as a major player of commercial engine leasing focusing on Asean, India and Australasia.
